From property selection to community operations, our members actively contribute throughout the entire lifecycle of the property — while earning equity for their contributions. Our decentralized model continues to push the boundaries of homeownership by empowering the community to choose which properties should be activated in the network.
We will be convening in the Iquitos region to conduct due diligence on Blue Morpho Lodge, with the intention of activating this property and inviting them into the network. Blue Morpho Lodge is an eco-resort located on the banks of the Amazon River, approximately one hour from Iquitos. Founded by Hamilton Souther, a well-respected pioneer of the psychedelic renaissance, the lodge was built to provide a home for his world renown Ayahuasca retreats, which have since served over 10,000 guests.
