Originally a bathtub factory, this property came into the ownership of artists and has gone through multiple stages of evolution. The space hosts a large courtyard for events, complete with its own multi-purpose food serving truck, campervan, fireplace and self sufficient bar. The property houses many purpose-driven startups, a mushroom lab and an architectural wonder of a workspace on the ground floor for solopreneurs. The main hall with its tall ceilings and archways, larger than life plants, and a professional projector can easily adapt to virtually any type of event and easily host up to 250 people.
